Error1355 11/01/18 8:45:15 AM #5:	Our cable boxes just had a new update so they have me covering the influx of cable calls since the internet/phone queues aren't so bad, and it's mostly just helping old people navigate through the menus. This older lady literally just started crying over having to learn slightly different menus. Like flat out ugly cry sounding crying. She's now reading random names of friends she has and asking me about it even though I've told her like 5-6 times we have no control over Facebook. She then told me to disconnect her internet because she's tired of paying for a service that isn't working. Let her know she's not paying us or anyone for a Facebook account, and that her internet service IS working. Let her know that disconnecting our service will not disconnect or close her Facebook account. She is persistent on turning off our service though. I tried to explain to it as 'we essentially manage the roads to get you to different buildings, we do not control what these buildings are or what happens inside of them'. That didn't work either.
