Like there have been times when tired where I've stretched so hard that I kind of fall into a trance that lasts a few seconds. I don't know how to explain that phenomenon, like I get slight tingles and then it's gone. I don't know if anyone has had that, and it happens once a blue moon so I can't pinpoint the cause.

I've had it happen every now and then. I feel like it happens more often if I've just been sitting there for hours playing games or whatever.

yea the same thing kind of happens to me. i can some times trigger it by laying still and focusing on a spot in the room...You get this temporary feeling like you're "floating" for a second and then falling back down but it feels smooth and peaceful...

I've had this happen before:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploding_head_syndrome

Sometimes it's like part of my brain vibrates for a few seconds.

Other times it's like having the sound of an anvil hitting a hammer but inside my head. Hard to describe.

YES! That sort of floating sensation, exactly. Almost feels like an out of body experience

I know I'm not the only one with this "thing" but, I don't know how to burp. Side question, How do you teach an adult how to burp? Its a reflex that I never learned and now I'm 30+ and I can't do it for the life of me... its a mystery.

You ever get knee clicks? Like there's a clicking sound and you have to kind of click them in place, twist them in place. It doesn't necessarily hurt but it's a weird feeling and making me wonder if I have weak knees

I don't know about having to click or twist them place, but my knees do make clicking sounds very often when I bend at the knee. It doesn't hurt when it happens, but does happen regularly.

I get the floaty experience. Or atleast I used to when I was a little kid. It would happen I was laying down on my stomach, trying to sleep. It felt like the whole bed was floating in a misty black void. It made me think of Little Nemo in Dreamland, except more peaceful.

I also get an explosion thing, it just happens sometimes if I move quickly in a weird way. But it's not quite my head. It's in the back off my neck and feels like hot oil or something is pouring through the inside of the area.

I'm able to do this thing with my head that I don't quite know how to describe. It feels like I'm using muscles in my head to exert a small amount of pressure just inside my ears, and it creates a low rumble that sounds like wind passing through my ears. It's a completely voluntary thing, and I don't think it's audible to anyone sitting next to me. I can sustain it for several seconds, or I can do it bursts. Sometimes it sounds like some earwax is sticking together when I do it.

I can do that, and I think most people can too. All it is is kinda moving muscles to slightly move the shape of the ear canal, which creates a sound. Or maybe it's the sound of muscles actually flexing at the sides of your head.

I have some things:

Sometimes if I yawn too hard I "pull" a muscle below my chin. It hurts really bad and lasts for ten seconds or so, and I have to put pressure on it for the muscles to settle down.

I can "pop" my ears, if that makes sense. Like you know when you change elevation and your ears pop? I can pop them and unpop them by either flexing or sniffing. I never did know if this is just a totally normal human thing that everyone can do or if I'm just weird.

I'm an ear rumbler but there's a portion of people with that.

The floating thing I've experienced but only when my eyes are closed while sitting in a chair. Like it feels like the chair falls away and I'm floating in space.

I also experience this really strange like mini-tingle/seizure thing where occasionally for like 1 second I have like a shudder I need to get out and it prevent me from doing anything else.

Every now and then, my heart starts beating rapidly for about 10 seconds before I get a heavy THUMP and I can feel the blood pouring through my chest for the next bit. It's scary but my doctor said it's normal.

Also, there is a spot on my right tricep where if I scratch it, I feel it elsewhere--I get a sharp feeling on the back of my head.

I pulled a chest muscle years ago, and every now and then it gets tensed up, so to relieve the pressure I have to push out my chest until it pops. You can hear it when that happens too.
