Easier than most civilian environments.
There's a degree of comraderie and trust between fellow soldiers, even if 2 squad members arent friends they can at least count on asshole Dave from the sniper squad to call out the enemy sneaking on your 6, ya know? That level of cooperation, familiarity, and long term interaction will never not make for intimate relationships Regarding female soldiers, chivalry may not be dead but it Fucking thrives in that environment. All it takes is a baseline friendship for a combat incident to spark a romance Lady liberty gets in a jam, and uncle Sam takes the risk to save her ass. Boom --- "Dib is my new hero.
