Gligar is the "Fly Scorpion" Pokemon Dunsparce has no arms but has what appear to be developing wings. Both have a barbed tail. Inverting Dunsparce's colors yield blue and pink, which are gligar's colors Dunsparce digs to escape foes (pokedex entry), Gligar is a ground type.
