eating greens is the best thing you can do for testosterone diet wise. lifting is important. also get enough sleep

Also getting good consistent sleep. I also heard competing in something is supposed to raise T levels as well. Not too sure about that one.

I use almond milk for cereal. tastes good to me, a fraction of the calories of dairy, and no hormones. usually fortified with everything they fortify into milk too. only issue with it is it you dont like the taste. otherwise it's a win all around

Have a consistent gym regime where you are constantly surpassing your thresholds.

Consider choosing spinach and broccoli as your vegetables of choice as often as possible. It helps stimulate T.

Like stated, switch milk with almond milk.

You can always ask your doctor if T supplements are right for you.

the vitamins are synthetic and could irritate the stomach lining and could could make certain levels get to a toxic range. iron overload specifically is something that is the cause of a lot of illnesses we have today.

Porn and masturbation has not been shown to affect testosterone long term. Basically you expend some testosterone when you masturbate and you get it all back when you sleep.

So basically don't masturbate every single day so you at least have some days where you're not drained...which is just good overall advice. Nobody likes shooting weak loads anyway.
