Could probably be done in a year or two, just gotta get a few tech guys first to make a mass-viewing program and have all the people chain-deliver me info on all the people they know, and so on. What would I do once that's accomplished? Aim for paradise. Fix this planet and get us to expand to other ones. I'd probably let the people close to me continue living as normal, and keep existing societal structures (while expanding to one interlinked first world society), but nobody else would have hobbies anymore. They'd work and sleep till the job is done. Ideally I'd set as many scientists as possible on creating synthetic cells that can replace biological ones and infinitely divide so I can live forever and see the plan through.
