On my way to work an officer pulled me over and told me I was speeding.
"You were goin 20 mph over the speed limit, son" the crack head son of a bitch tells me.

I then politely,yet firmly,explain to him that I was going 20 mph under the speed limit for ten minutes when I was stuck behind some slow ass. I told him that I was trying to get back those mphs that I had lost and were my God given right.

The piece of shit gave me a ticket and told me to drive safely!
