I was in a car that got pulled over once, 12~ years ago, because I was drunk in the back seat and waved at a hot female cop that drove by and she proceeded to investigate in case I was in danger.

He was then "are you trying to get smart with me" and I was "would you notice if I was?". AND then he made the mistake of threatening me with "I could do this to you". I laughed in his face & I retorted with "how about I call my grandfather or uncle who are cops in largo , I give them your badge number & tell them you the bullshit you just said to me." He then got in his car & left.

Was never bothered again by that douche bag. He thought he had me just cause I'm a male with long hair. I'm not scared of cops ,I'm not a donut shop & I don't get scared when I'm not doing anything wrong.

This happened

I don't take bullshit for just walking my dog late at night. Don't give a shit if he's a cop or not, I didn't do shit wrong & he was just looking for trouble even if there wasn't any.

He was clearly a coward with a badge.

Theres a lot of tickets that could be won in court. Often the cop doesnt even show up but most people arent going to take the time to go to court and fight a ticket when they need to be at work or something.

Is this true? I've seen some people say a cop no showing is more like the holy grail of going to court.

I've only had to go to court once to fight a ticket, but when I was there, the cop was there for four or five tickets over a multi-day span, so at least here in Michigan they seem arrange courtdates so officers don't have to make a special trip to court for each individual ticket.

Funny how aside from the obvious liar, there's basically no different because whites & blacks.

Exactly. If this was supposed to be a victimization topic, it failed miserably.

My brake lights were out and I didn't know it. No ticket.
My Rav looked like another suv that someone called them over on a domestic abuse claim on the same street I was on. But the suspect was evidently a large black guy so upon noticing I wasn't in fact a large black man and being on the same street this whole thing evidently happened on the cop just asked if I had noticed a similar vehicle.

It's always a gamble. Sometimes the officers might have a day off on that certain day or on vacation. Sometimes it might not be worth the trip, when I got my ticket for honking I went to court and the officer wasn't there so I got off lucky.
