I love Miroku. There's so much about us that's different, but there's so much that makes us similar. He's one of like three characters in fiction I've actually seen myself in. But there's a bit of a problem: they had a running joke about him groping women's asses without consent. And, yeah, I gotta distance myself from that.

And in the modern era,
anime avatar + character who canonically groped women = alt right Trump supporter

That's not me. My mind's a bit of a blank as to what I should replace it with though.
