Barbecuing in winter in places where it actually gets cold is fucking miserable if not downright impossible at times.

OMG i asked this question a few years ago on CE thinking the same thing. The responses were kinda similar. Food gets cold faster in the winter, etc.

And then someone told me that people barbecue in the summer because the temperature by the grill isn't all the different from the temperature outside.

I mean, we tailgate during football season when it's below freezing, but you just huddle around the grill to stay warm waiting on your brats to finish. It's really not as fun as just sweating with a lemonade during the summer.
