are you her emotional outlet, the emotional supplement to what all of her boyfriends seem to lack? have you been in the friend zone for a decade? is this stopping you from pursuing other people?

if so it's time to move on man, be honest with yourself. also recognize the part you play in this and don't put the blame on her because it's you who has subjected yourself to this level of denial for so long. don't act like an emotional teenager and tell her off or start giving ultimatums, be an adult about it.

it's just been tough moving on, i've tried to be attracted to other woman to shift my focus but it just doesn't happen....when you've been mentally stuck on the same person for so long its tough to imagine yourself with someone else....i know shes no good for me and its all a fantasy at this point...thanks for reading and posting all, this is something i never speak on or vent out..its a lot more constructive instead of just banging my head against a wall

definitely don't be above talking to a counselor or psychologist about this as it may help you move on a great deal if you know it's what you need but can't seem to get there alone.
