I was looking into this a little this past week. It looks like i-racing is pretty legit and very competitive but it also sounds like it shouldn't be the first sim you get into.

I have Asetto Corsa, but do not have enough space for wheel/pedal/shifter and racing seat with tv/monitor mount.
