I'm not a fan of the earlier games, but I love pretty much every game after 4. I respect your opinion, though.

I played 2 for the first time a few months ago. It was really fun, I enjoyed it quite a bit. Played through Leon A then Claire B, never got around to playing Leon B and Claire A tho
