Neo ExDeath in FFV is typically not very hard, but it was very hard with the Black Mage/Berserker/Geomancer/Dragoon party I was saddled with by Gilgabot. Had to do some grinding, steal a Dragon Lance with the Thief Knife, and lean hard on the Magic Lamp and a lucky Break just to get by. Also, I wiped to Ultra Necrozma in Ultra Sun.
