do you have a recipe for this? could be good. i remember a friend mentioning she does a good chickpea curry

as much as i love cauliflower cheese, it's high in saturates because of all the cream and cheese so my mindset is 'just as bad as meat'

i'm having that tomorrow, got a jar of classico sausage and peppers for 2$ match that with noodles it last 2 rounds. to accompany it is some hot sausage i bought from the safeway. since i had 2 reward points i used that to save 3.50$ for what it would cost for the sausage. getting the maximum value. pizza was 4$ so it equates to 2$ a point.

makes about 2 days of meals and can't use any more reward points till next month. there's nothing else that looks good :(.

Various pasta dishes can be good - pesto, Alfredo, red sauce, etc.

Substitute in white meat and you wont have to worry about the health effects of red meat consumption so much

I always go for chicken options whenever possible

I just replace meat with various potatoes (if not having it with rice). Throw in a load of different veggies. Cauliflowers, broccoli, carrots etc. Whatever I have. >.>

And yeah, cauliflower cheese is by no means good for you probably, but a simple way to cut out meat at least?

I enjoyed having wraps for breakfast/lunch. Get some salad, mushrooms and other things. Add mayonnaise if you like it (I don't, but the girl I stole the habit off used GALLONS of it, it felt like) and got something simple and potentially tasty.

Hit the frozen veggies and get ones with cheese sauce. Basically it makes sense to have a gravy or sauce for your veggies and make a meal of it. Maybe you need to make your own sauce.
