They knew what they were doing could injure or kill someone yet they did it any way. They should be charged with murder because that's exactly what it is.

needs to be harsher. they were supposed to get life in prison so how is that gonna get dropped to no prison time? they should at least get a year to scare the shit out of them and straighten them up.

None of those boys threw any rocks they were just there. No point in them going to jail for the rest of their lives. The one person who threw the rock didn't take a plea deal and will likely be in jail for life. Not sure what the issue with that is.
