I take my dog to this big ass dog park after work every day. Has different terrains, a river they can play in, etc...

What's great too is there are like 8 pokestops in that park. just to give an idea of the size of the park.

I workout in my garage probably 4 times a week.

Just hitting the heavy bag and double end bag, but I work up quite a sweat and have a blast doing it.

The only pokestop hotspots near me are in a metropark and a high traffic business area.

Neither are in what I consider walking distance(I could do it for the business area but its too much time and too many times Crossing traffic) And if I forget sunscreen my pasty white boy ass is gonna burn in the middle of the stop spinning or on the return trip probably.

There is one down at the park on the other side of the block and a gym maybe a quarter kilometer+ past that.

There is a gym and pokespot about three streets up(residential)

This kind of makes me want to download the game again.

I just did about 2 weeks ago. It's pretty fun from what you remember, plus some better features.

3 days ago we had a community day that last 3 hours in the middle of the day. I think there was probably 300 people downtown playing in a 5 block radius. Im gonna start dressing up more and trying to meet me a nerdy girl at those

Greatly reduced eating bread and refined bread products, so no crackers, cakes, muffins, bagels, stuff like that.
Ill still eat regular oatmeal, though.
I also reduced my intake of sugar that doesn't come from eating fruit.

Wow how's that diet feel day to day? I have a professor that tried that since college, and he always felt great. His doctor said he was healthy too.

I exercise every day. When Im too sore to lift, I go on the treadmill.

I eat below my calorie limit. Intermittent fasting from about 7 pm to 12 pm the next day.

Im already down from 230 to 216 in just a month

I feel perfectly normal every day. I dont even get hungry until ~2:00-3:00 or so. I typically dont eat until 4:00 though. Ill eat outside my window probably about once a week or so for social occasions, but not something I do generally day to Day.

Starting out is the hardest part. The first three days I felt like death. I remember trying to do the dishes and I couldnt do it without being lightheaded. Now I can have a labor intensive day all day and still feel fine.

You just have to adapt to it. Ive hit a plateau at the 170ish mark. But Im pretty content with my weight and appearance now. Ive also been eating a lot of shit that I know I shouldnt. Im going to try to cut back on that and shave off the last 20lbs or so.

I stopped eating as much in general.

aka. Once I moved out, I didn't have gigantic dinner meals like I did at my parents house. Been losing a ton in the last three months.

I do cardio at least 4 days a week now on top of lifting weights. I've been cooking alot more now as well, just basic chicken and vegetables, and I eat a daily 2 servings of berries - rasberries, blueberries, and blackberries.

I dont remember the last time I ate out, but I end up eating alot of crap that coworkers bring to work. So someone brought donuts, i had some of those. Someones GF baked cookies. Someone elses wife made a cake randomly. I'll snack on potato chips almost daily at work.

If I cut the random crap out I'd honestly be in excellent shape. But I eat at least 2 servings of crap per day.
