1. If you cant afford to fix ur $1000 iPhone, then obviously you couldnt afford one in the first place

2. But but its avoids my warranty if I went somewhere else cheaper. Yeah thats the trade off for being cheap

I'm surprised phone sales haven't decreased a crazy amount yet. iPhones are pretty awesome and don't break unless you're a child.

iPhones are easier to break than most phones because of the screen not being flat but the prices are pretty up there.
