Anyway I decided to try it for the first time over lunch. Matched with a really cute girl pretty quick. I'm kinda just getting my feet wet here, not sure if it's a very good dating platform.

It's got a thing where you can pay to see who liked you. Probably not worth it though. It has some other things too, like an undo button that costs money.

After a couple weeks of using it, I did the 10/mo for unlimited swipes, and exhausted indiscriminate right swipes until there were none left in the area.

Over the course of 5 months I landed about 20 (a few were a trip to the kennel) of them until the whole process ran its course and got stale now I've been with the gf for over two years after having met her on there as well.

It was worth the 10/mo

LOL, if anything paying for Tinder has the opposite effect. A lot of women will specifically screen you out if they see you as a subscriber because they think you're either a sleazeball or too pathetic to get matches with Tinder Vanilla.

But anyways, yes paying does help. Super likes and boosts help for sure. About half the girls I've slept with in the app have been super likes or from boosts.

It totally is. Limited likes, instant matches with Super Like and I assume the same with boosts, and rewinds if you screw up.

I might drop the 20 bucks on the monthly thing to see if it makes much difference if the app seems any good.. So far I'm noticing there are a huge number of women I'm uninterested in on here, and odds are just shitty if you don't have a way to get your profile to someone you'd match with so I'm skeptical so far.
