How come in Japanese anime, the hooligan on the street is always asking for money from the MC when he gets bumped into and tells the MC that if he doesn't pay, he's going to sue him because he was assaulted? That stuff never happens in the USA but watching Youtube Japanese prank show, I know some of the stuff they do would result in lawsuits in the US. So which is it, do Japanese sue other people for being bumped into, or can you get away with wearing a T-Rex costume and chasing a high school girl around until she falls and shows her panties for the LOLs.
