i think its on sale right now for 10 bucks. should i pick it up

its free and its the best game to have come out in the past like 5 years
play a bit, if you like it, spend money on some stash tabs (currency, quad and premium are the best value) since they're the only gameplay affecting thing you can buy

lots of ppl who play d3 end up playing path of exile it seems

A single currency tab is the best value but I would only get one and then as many premium or quad tabs as possible (quads have four times the space per tab but cost less than four tabs so technically better value, but I hate how small shit looks in them)

The other "specialized" tabs are a bit superfluous. You're unlikely to fill a normal tab with essences or cards so its not necessary to buy those ones. There's definitely a case to be made for map tabs but I don't think its immediately necessary for a new player.

also tabs go on sale on the weekends every like 3 weeks so if you wait you can get a deal.
