Exar Kun corrupting Kylo Ren instead of him just getting wtf-surprised by Luke
Solo family could have had twins instead of one kid
Where is cult-favorite Wedge Antilles through all of this?
Instead of introducing dumb one-note planets they could have explored previously un-explored planets like Corellia (Han Solo's home)

Kylo Ren is already Kyp Durron and Jacen Solo mixed together
The plot is essentially the onslaught of Thrawn & The Republic's response, minus the genius and charm
There's too much focus on JUST the jedi-force stuff, not enough fun focus on space pew pew
