Played a bit of Napoleon today and it was epic. Watching the artillery cannons fire, seeing the cannonballs flying over head and the ground shaking on impact.

Yeah, they all have their charms. I know people weren't big on the Thrones of Britannia, but there is something I can't resist about it. I think it's because of my Viking obsession.

That game seems old to me at this point but it was one of the good ones as a starter for the Total War series.
Empire Total War was a bit of a shit show starting out with an overly broad scope and a lot of unpolished gameplay mechanics. By Napoleon a lot of it had been ironed out and in the patches since launch of that game it solidified into THE game about that era in warfare. ... Copied to Clipboard!
