Theres a non-zero chance that a bunch of atoms floating around in space could smash together in just the right way to make a functioning iPhone and, assuming the multiverse is infinite, it has already happened before. The same idea can be applied to anything, thus theres a chance that a giant dildo is floating around space right now. Using this logic, it's possible to argue that all life on earth is one day going to be destroyed by a moon-sized dildo.

I like the idea of a moon sized dildo existing somewhere in the universe and plowing into a planet.

Even if you want to say the universe is "infinite", anything of worth happening is contained in a set of small measure.

The thing that people seem to forget about the theory of infinite probability is that while it means these things can happen, and probably will happen eventually, is that the overall percentage chance of it happening is absolutely minuscule. When you get into chances that small, and use a metric like time to gauge their eventual happening, by the time compounded percentages reach the level that guarantees said thing happening, we run into time frames going beyond the heat death of the universe.

So, while infinite probability means those things can and will happen, that can only occur in a universe that lasts long enough for it to be possible to happen.

Now of course, we're only talking about how long it would take to guarantee something like a moon size dildo forming, it honestly could happen any second through all time, just that the probability... is extremely low.
