Yes, a close family member not long ago - I won't go into full details but they were accused of a crime they didn't commit, but luckily had witness statements in their favour and were released and not charged

Not that I outright know of, but given the shit him and his mates got up to when they were young, I'd be very surprised if my stepdad never has.

...Actually, now that I think about it, my uncle got arrested for growing weed once. Nothing major, just a few plants for personal use, though.
