Some people just vent any frustration over the most minor inconvenience towards the first person they encounter. 90%, that person is so far removed from the source that it's impossible for them to remedy it on there own. A lot of people think that you are their slave or somehow less than them, even if they work in a customer service job too, just because your job is to serve them at that moment. It really reinforced how I should always be calm and patient with customer service and find ways to express my frustration that is clearly not directed at the person I'm talking to. <cite>Dash_Harber posted [p:903783843] in How is you...
