a normal meal is calorie dense and on a huge plate. After an American breakfast I'm full for the whole day and my stomach hurts and I need to rest, but I'm expected to eat an American Lunch and American dinner too and I just can't. I'm used to small portion meals and light stuff like vegetables/fruits/green papaya.
