I bought this in bulk for a stew I made ladt week. Got one left over. Was thinking about throwing on the skillet, but... It's not a steak.

Put pork shoulder in crock pot

crockpots are the way to go. Very cheap and the end product is very tender and delicious. If you don't have a crockpot, toss it in the oven like a roast.
