Update on Jordan Peterson's carnivore diet: Went from only chicken, to beef and salmon. He recently cut out salmon because it "makes his voice shaky and gives him back pain."

Why did he go on the carnivore diet? He was previously only eating chicken and steamed broccoli, but he suspected the broccoli was giving him morning anxiety.

Why do they think this way about the food they eat? The whole family has a severe mental illness.
