BlameAnesthesia 06/19/18 2:44:35 AM #7:	Moisty Mire is usually empty, but the trees all give 100+ wood, the wood pallets are very dense with material, and if no one else lands there you can easily find 5-8 chests. It's good for new people to get some "practice" with the controls and start off each game with great loot. Once you have that down though, it'll be more rewarding to start somewhere like Tilted Towers. You'll die. You'll die a lot. But you'll get much better at skirmishes and staying alive in the thick of it. Then you can take a middle ground of not-exactly-far-edge-of-the-map-but-less-popular-landing-sites, so you kill off one or two, loot the entire place, then move toward the circle for the end game. It really doesn't take much of an investment to get good enough to contend in the top 20. The building mechanic is also deceptively bland. You just waste a bunch of resources, fool around and hope it works until like 10 hours later maybe you start to figure it out Don't defend this shit. It's a garbage game with a popular design.
