I mean if you really believe you are a girl, why don't you just use the girl's bathroom, or if you are a FtM you use the boy's bathroom. Why do we need a transgender bathroom?

A lot of parents do not want some creeper in the same bathroom as their children is why.

Except there already have been men going in to women's restrooms and changing rooms to sexually assault women for decades. Increase the penalty against them, don't punish an innocent, third party.

Moreover, with bathroom laws in place? A cishet man could claim to be a trans man and he wouldn't have to change his clothes at all.

Oh. Also the whole "they would have Togo out, buy the clothes, then go into public and had everyone staring at them, putting their selves at risk of physical violence" thing.

Also, they force trans women to enter men's bathrooms. Oftentimes by themselves. And because they're trans and a woman, and alone in a men's bathroom? It's only going to put an already stigmatized group at higher risk by claiming you're trying to protect women. If your idea of protecting women is punishing trans women who ARE women, you're completely off base.

Moreover, there's been states with laws letting trans people use the right facilities for years (decades in the pacific northwest) and the amount of people who have attempted this is zero.

My question is, do you think somebody who doesn't want to attract attention like a sexual deviant would actually want to put a giant target on their backs?

How about they use the one that causes less stares and comments? They all claim their biggest fear is getting attacked by a psycho so how about minimize that risk? Its not like using one bathroom or the other makes you more of a man or woman. If you are a dude in drag just use the mens room.

This is the same society that says women who dress provocatively (or during the summer, so they don't melt to death) are leading men on and are responsible if they get sexually assaulted while dressed in such a manner.

Misogyny and transphobia are heavily tied together. Especially for this, where the concerns are framed as to protect women, when in reality it doesn't help, and when they do have a chance to make actual change to benefit and protect women they don't.
