James Webb, a Michigan Driver was given a TICKET by a Police Officer because he was playing loud music...from NWA's F*** THE POLICE!!

He claims the song is what got him the citation after he pulled into a pontiac gas station when he saw a police officer pull over another driver and he supposedly turned up his music and went into the store.

Another man, Dejuante Franklin says "The cop was talking to me, handing me my ticket, and was like 'is he playing that for me?' i was like, i don't know him, you ask him that question. He was like, i'm sick of this..i'm going over there now"

Webb said "I went over there and played that song loud. I meant to do it to the officer but as a form of protest. It was already up but i turned it up louder. didn't mean no violence, nothing, as a complete form of protest. People always side with the police whenever they make an arrest or have killed someone and i don't agree with that. I know it was because of the content and not the decibels because he did not give me a warning, he did not say get out of here, he didn't pull out of a decimeter, he just straight wrote me a ticket."

When James came out, the copper was waiting for him and gave him a ticket and took his license

The officer makes notice that the song DIDN'T offend him but that it may have OFFENDED OTHERS in the area!

His lawyer isn't buying it and said "If the officer is saying it wasn't the content of the music, it's quite a coincidence then. The name of the song being F*** the police" and he's a police officer, i wonder if he would write the same ticket if he heard a song called 'i love the police'. James had an absolute right, First Amendment right, to play whatever music he likes wherever he likes" said Nicholas Somberg

He was given a ticket for noise amplification and the officer added the decision was under the local ordinance of loud music as it prohibits unreasonably loud, disturbing, unusual or unnecessary noise.

The sheriff's office is now investigating it.

Do you generally and automatically side with the police whenever they are on trial for shooting or arresting someone?

Maybe he was playing the song because he thought the cop was cute and wanted to hook up.

Yeah, he thought he lived in a free society, where his speech and expression had legal protections against government agents punishing him for exercising them.

Noise ordinances are a thing. All he had to do was not act like a 14 year old and nothing would have happened. Instead he had to be a douchebag and is now paying for it.
