They didnt really answer the main underlying question. They ruled in favor of the bakers simply because the Colorado Civil Rights Commission were acting in an egregious and unnecessarily hostile manner.

yeah i did hear that's what they ruled in this case but wouldn't rule if it applied to any business in the u.s. iirc

I do like the precedent that you will lose a case if you cannot conduct yourself in a civilized manner. But I do wish that the Court would have answered the underlying question rather than copping out because one side was really nasty.
