Amazon sided with the seller when the seller sent me some broken lights. It was just 12 bucks, whatever. The call centre was in like SE asia and they had no idea what the problem even was depite multiple attempts to explain it. I issued a credit card chargeback and got my money.
Had another dispute where i paid for next-day-air and it arrived a week later. Got refunded the shipping fee I guess the first one is karma for abusing the mturk system with a script and getting free money, all those years ago ... Copied to Clipboard!

I issued a credit card chargeback and got my money. never did a credit card chargeback, those have to be reviewed by the cc company to see if they're legit too right? and you kinda file a dispute with them? I don't think they'll approve anything. Back on topic i've heard a lot of people say on here that the majority of the time that ebay sides with buyers. --- "I've always wanted there to be nothing between us, now there's not" ... Never had to dispute anything. Did a few refunds, no problems at all. Had to get a replacement component and no hassle.
I've been lucky. --- I have a signature. Apparently this is important, but I still don't have my secret cool kid decoder ring yet. ... Copied to Clipboard!
