I had a lot of fun with Diablo 3, but it's just not the same. I prefered the variety of Champions, but Dark Alliance had better areas I think.

Dark Alliance will never get the third game to do something about the cliffhanger ending.

As for Champions, if a third game did happen, it would probably be different anyway, they aren't likely to return to the Snowblind engine. The company behind it shut down six years ago, so they would need something else.

Anyway, look up the following games, each of them used a version of the engine, though some made significant changes

Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel
Combat Elite: WWII Paratroopers
The Bard's Tale
Justice League Heroes
The Lord of the Rings: War in the North
Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade
Untold Legends: The Warrior's Code

There was also Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom, but that is a different engine, and well, isn't what you will want

Those games were super good. Maybe I'll pickup the rerelease of the UA games then

I often think this too. I'd settle for a port at this point... Gladius needs a port too.

Sadly, that one only got a North American release and a PS2 import wasn't an option. :(

If you can get a hold of either, there's a ton of mods available on MarvelMods for the original PC releases of X-Men Legends II: Rise of Apocalypse (2005) and Marvel Ultimate Alliance (2006), with there being more mods for the latter. Alternate skins, moveset upgrades, custom characters, extra mission challenges, and more.

Yeah, I really want a new Champions/DA game. Must be hack and slash. Mainly I want a new hack and slash Champions game since I love the lore of Everquest.
