He was my favorite character/actor on the show. It's sucks that they killed him off, but it's because the actor wanted to pursue other opportunities.

Whenever an actor decides to leave a show why does killing them off seem to be the most common thing these days? Why can't they just leave or if it's really necessary do a recast after a time skip or something? The whole episode with the constant flashbacks felt disjointed and the end kinda ruined the rest of the season tbh. You know more flashbacks are coming that will reveal major stuff but it's going to feel kinda pointless now since we all know the end result of what happened to this particular character, and the buildup to that moment wasn't that good IMO.
I'm used to watching stuff where main characters get it all the time and no one is safe but something with how TWD universe does it just rubs me the wrong way, especially in FTWD. --- "If you want to move fast, practice slowly...if you want to move like lightning, practice in stillness." ...
