But some beings transcend that like the living tribunal and there is only 1 for all the multiverse. Some characters can effect reality on a scale that can cross into other universes too. Some characters like mad Jim jaspers can warp reality in their own universe and one version of himself is stronger than all the others and can effect the multiverse.
