kind9 03/24/18 11:13:02 AM #2:	It's not so hard unless you're trying to optimize everything for max efficiency, but that's not even a requirement. My favorite city builder is Anno 1404. FatalAccident 03/24/18 11:32:10 AM #5:	I've tried to play cities skylines and cities XL. They're both in my opinion fine as simulators but they're devoid of any personality or vibrance. The absolute best city builder I've ever played was simcity societies. I'd recommend that if you want something with a pretty easy learning pace. The cities grow as much as you let them, so you can start off with a little village and make those people happy whilst you learn the mechanics of the game.
