Like for MTG and stuff. I have a ton of Smash Up expansions that I want to better protect, and make shuffling easier. If I was going for some decent quality, how much would 1500 cost me?

Good quality stuff like Dragon shield will cost you around 12 per 100 sleeves. You can get cheaper for half that, but you get what you pay for.

10$ for 180. Probably can be cheaper too.
Of course I don't doubt price will be higher if the have some design or whatnot.

Ultra pros, depending on which you get usually cost around $5- $8 for 50-65, I know the pokemon themed ones are a dollar or so more but they come with 65 instead of 50 so there's probably a magic equivalent if it matters to you

My local card shops sell Dragon Shield for $8 a box. They used to have them for $7 each but went up in the last year or so.

Dragon Shield ended up being 11 per 100 sleeves at the local place. I'm getting 15 yellow boxes and 2 blue, I'll be good for the next 4 expansions.

You made the right choice. I've been using them forever and have about as many boxes. In the years I've used them I've had exactly one split.

if it's not too late, Arcane Tinmen (the Dragon Shield company) also has a line of board game sleeves. They only come in clear, but they're half the price at a comparable quality.

For those generic brand ones with say, "cyber angel, fire fairy, silver dragon, techno catgirl" images, $5-6 per 50, but the quality is dubious at best

Better ones tend to be like $7-8 per 50/ 60, and some brands actually sell them in sets of 100 for like $12

There's a deck builder game called like star realms and they have a really good set of sleeves sold by some other company with the game logo on the back.
