I know this is a meme, but the sad reality is that if you're not attractive and/or rich, this is the only time this kind of thing will happen. If the guy were a 10/10 and had six figures you can bet she'd ask for more than just a kiss.

After looking a little into Illinois battery laws, you seem to be correct.

Yeah I think some states in the US have greater penalties for assaulting healthcare professionals or something like that.
