A lot of the agendas make sense. Like the ones that want you to have a large military or many cities. Fine. But the ones that I gripe about are the ones you can't do anything about for a long while, like the aforementioned France.

How are you liking Civ 6 and the expansion anyway? I'm taking a break from Nioh to play it.

im just noting...20 years ago they had a system of agendas with priorities where you were only penalized for moving away from the given agenda objective, rather than not having moved towards it (because you can't)

Right.

Even the ones make sense are sometimes too much. Like, Cleopatra likes civs with large militaries and hates civs that don't. So, if you encounter her early, when you only have one or two cities and a handful of units, she can turn hostile very quickly.

Other than the Agenda system, I do think the game is overall better than 5.
