Never cracked a screen on my phone but it would drive me batty if it were to happen.

I don't know how people can stand using a cracked screen - I see so many on the bus that just casually read or watch stuff with that spiderweb mess.

It sucks. My screen never cracked. Then, as soon as I took off the screen protector to switch phones, the old phone cracked that day... then a couple weeks later, the other phone cracked... even though it had a screen protector...

I'd bet ~20% of Americans don't have enough in the bank at any given time to pay for a new screen without having to pick up some more shifts to pay the bills.

I have an ancient iPhone 3, no cracks, but there are a couple of tiny tiny scratches that I think came from placing it down onto a surface that happened to have a small amount of course dirt.

only phone ive ever had that cracked was a galaxy 4

dropped that sucker on concrete, it hit right on the corner and just demolished the screen.

meanwhile i've had shitty cheap as fuck phones that i've beat the shit out of and not even a scratch on the screen
