-treat Vesemir like shit

-is emotionally abusive toward Geralt

-act like the imaginary radical feminist you guys keep complaining about, but hey she is hot so she gets a free pass.

Meanwhile Triss gets hate when

-she is able to have fun

-she risks her life countless times to save other people

-Unlike Yennefer, she doesn't boss, she leads even though she don't always want to do it, but do it anyway

-Doesn't put down Geralt all the time

-She isn't as obsessed on her image as Yen and she isn't as stuck up.

I met two people in my life I used to hang out with, I chose to have a relationship with someone who had Yen's temper and I had a hard time recovering from how much my ex destroyed my self-esteem. I used to hang out with a "Triss" as well.... I regret not choosing the "Triss"

I don't care if you are male/female gay/lesbian.

If you ever have to choose between a "yen" and a "triss" in real life. Trust me, choose the "Triss"... you'll regret choosing a "Yen". Yes I know Yen is really really really hot, but Triss is cute too.

It's not part of the story, it's something mentioned in the book short that introduces Yennefer.

Basically a lot of sorceresses were born deformed in some manner but they use magic to fix themselves up.

And Triss is the one who took advantage of an amnesiac Geralt to finally get into a relationship with a man she's been in love with for a long time and knowing that he only had eyes for her friend. She deliberately omitted any information about his past regarding Yennefer until he had already regained his memory and explicitly asked her. For a lot of people, it probably soured Triss in their eyes a little bit.
