The non-Luke/Rey/Kylo parts of the movie were pretty forgettable and the Luke/Rey/Kylo parts were mostly good but with some glaring issues.

As a whole, I think because of how the story played out, some of the actions of various characters seemed very very dumb or made some of the side-plot pointless. The change in personality of some characters seemed an insult to said characters and certain stuff felt forced and pointless. Overall I enjoyed it but felt the movie left me with more questions than answers and the third movie may not be enough to answer said questions.
