Not an Apple Watch, but I have a Samsung Gear S3 Frontier. I like it for design, notifications, fitness tracking, and Samsung Pay (NFC and MST).

My sister in laws BF has diabetes and he has a chip that communicates with the watch and notifies him when his glucose levels are low or high.
