The vast majority of California's present wealth and velocity are due to intellectual property developed and expanded upon by Americans. Things like Google, Microsoft, etc. Even if these companies built their phones and computers in America, California would still be unbelievably wealthy because it is the pinnacle of modern human ingenuity.

I heard that California is a liberal s***hole that has been reduced to an apocalyptic hellscape due to the constant burning fires and poor people on welfare. Oh and the earthquakes that happen on a weekly basis.
