Missouri Applebee's has Fired THREE of its employees after a video surfaced showing 2 Black women being RACIAL PROFIELD by staff there and accused them of dining and dashing but the women said it was their FIRST TIME there!!

The women were interrupted by police and mall security guard while eating there and then accused of them of "dashing and dining" at the restaurant in the past.

Alexis Brison who filmed the video showed the altercation that has now gone viral as police tried to persuade her to STOP RECORDING!!

She said "about an hour into out dinner we were approached by an independence police officer, a mall cop and the restaurant manager. We were told that were accused of eating and not paying for CHICKEN the day before"

She was heard saying they have not ate there befoer as they proclaim their innocence and said they were able to pay. They also demanded evidence to be produced that they left wtihout paying with one of them stating she was at the university campus at the time of the accusation.

A white girl who works as a server there then comes to view and says she's POSITIVE that she's seen her face at which point Alexis egins crying and screaming while continuing to say "we have not been here"

An officer starts laughing and then asks them to STOP RECORDING and the women just paid for their meal and left after being mocked, humiliated and embarrassed. They said this was a clear example of RACIAL PROFILING and said "Just because we are black does not mean we are all criminals and i will not be treated"

Applebees has since stated they did an internal investigation and terminated the manager, the server and another employee who made the racial profiling charge.

The restaurant has now been SHUT DOWN as the rest of the staff regroup, reflect and learn from this incident..

Brison wrote that she later found out that the server who accused her and her friend of the crime remembered the suspects were two girls one who was skinny and one who wore makeup.

In 2018, is this really what were debased to? Our weight and whether or not we wore makeup. She could not recognize any facial features or any defining characteristics, Brison wrote.

It certainly sounds like they were simply singled out because they were two black girls

Also the cops behavior in this is complete bullshit. He should be punished as well

No. The staff claimed that the customers had been there before and not paid. The customers disagreed. Maybe they did pay, maybe they didnt. All Im sure of is that this thread is race-baiting.

Of course people are defending the fired employees without actually asking for evidence.

Applebee's conducted an investigation and thought it was bad enough that they fired, not justthew server, but the one who made the claim against the consumers AND the manager.

It isn't just them trying to save face for PR, they'd have at least saved the manager and moved them to a different location if that were the case

Honestly its best to straight up take the loss than to risk accidentally accusing the wrong person. Otherwise itll end up being an even greater loss.
