Same here. I've ended up setting up notifications on my computer to remind me to eat or snack.

I need to start doing this. Where do you set up your notifications? Outlook?

I also have a setup that doesn't lend itself to getting up often. I don't have a dedicated room for my office yet so when I work from home, I'm in the bed with 3 dogs curled up on/around me. Takes a lot to get in a comfortable spot that appeases both them and myself so I never want to get up and disrupt them.

I usually get a solid 8. Usually. I was dead tired every morning in high school and I'm soo over not getting a good night's sleep.

I sleep really badly. I'd estimate that it takes me like 4 hours to start to sleep. If i try to sleep 8 hours the first 4 hours are kinda like very light sleep or partially being awake, so i have very hard time getting up from bed. I need naps every day and sometimes more than once.
