I like Ben Shapiro (even though I disagree with him often) but sometimes it seems like he just chooses his side and then fights to the death for his side whether he actually believes it or not.

If you want to talk about the "alt-right," it's a left wing bogeyman. The only actual "white supremacist" rally in Charlottesville if you'll remember was perfectly peaceful until left wing counter-protesters attacked them and turned it violent. When #BLM hosts black supremacist events, you don't see a bunch of white people run in and start punching people. The left can't defend any of their platforms because none of them hold up to statistical and empirical data, so they go on the offensive. If everyone you disagree with is suddenly a white supremacist Nazi, you don't have to listen to their views, thus your own go unchallenged, and you end up with a left wing echochamber of views and stances that cross well into truly insane.

b b b but BLM! So it was a "left wing" who got in the car and drove into a crowd of people, and killing a lady. Gotcha

But he has a point. Every leftist I've talked to who likes pineapple on pizza has called me a racist white supremacist Nazi for disliking pineapple on pizza. I even once met a liberal who was literally a white supremacist and when I told him I disagreed with his views, he called me a white supremacist :/

You see, liberals will cry that the right won't debate them, but the thing is that the left CAN'T debate, because their views don't hold up to even the slightest bit of scrutiny, so they do what they always do- project. They won't debate anyone because they CAN'T, so the claim? "The right won't debate us!" What happens on CE when there's an actual discussion between left and right? The left spams the shit out of the report post button. Four times now I've been moderated for posting statistical data straight from .gov web sites. Why? Because liberal views are based on emotions and don't hold up to fact.
