Thanks for your concern. I planned to send you a PM after all was said and done.
Looks like the problem was both my end and the cities end so they're knocking 15% off what I owe, which is still about $600. I found a really nice guy who cut me a break and lowered his hourly rate to $10' me. I had to replace some piping. I also learned my water .main isn't it to code for the frost line. It's only 9" instead of the 12" it's supposed to be. The guy said technically he'd have to report that to the water company because he's a contractor with them, but said he'd let it go for now because he knows I can't afford more work right now.
The water company however haven't been as kind. Charging me out the ass with fees and late charges.

But I have water now at least. I'm going to see if I can work out a payment plan or something because I'm low income and can t just pay $600+ dollars.
It was still leaking even after I shit it off at the water main with one of those key things idk the name of a d they're trying to bill me for that even though it's their end.
So hopefully I can fight that, but this shit hole town will do anything for a buck. I literally had a small patch of weeds by a tree and I had to go to the courtroom out there. The lady had fucking pics of it with a measuring tape saying it was too long even though it wasn't more than maybe 5 weeds tops and everything else was mowed. They ticketed me and charged me $125 for it, for 5 fucking weeds that were too tall.
So I don't see them giving me a break but fingers crossed.

Didn't the market pretty much crash recently?
Plus I don't have anything to spare right now. I'm to a point where if I found a penny on the sidewalk I'd put it in my wallet.

Trump hasn't done shit for me, but TC has done significantly more than that for me, and I'm very grateful.

Beat of luck TC. Wish I could help but money is tight for me too for the next few months before I'm back to normal. Had some unexpected expenses come up.
